The story follows a group of four men as they face and overcome the challenges of mid-life crises. When massive layoffs are expected, they pledge their loyalty to the company by signing up for the newly formed dragon boat team. As the four embark on their rigorous training, they are forced to face their respective mid-life issues instead of dodging them. The process rekindles their long-lost fighting spirit, and they begin to welcome life’s challenges.
