"Great Day" is a heart-warming comedy about two uncles living in a retirement home in the middle of paddy fields in rural Malaysia. Bored and missing their children, Uncle Lam and Uncle Lim constantly bicker over whose children are more successful, and eventually decide to go to Kuala Lumpur where their children live to settle their argument once and for all.

ChanTan(by Aaron Kwok), a private detective in Thailand, travelled to Malaysia following the clues in a photo. There he looked for a man called Chai(byChan Koon Tai), who might help reveal the truths behind the murder of his parents 30 years ago. Chan's parents captured the evidence of Qing's crime on the film and Qingwas the mastermind behind thiswhole scheme,thatwas whythey ended up being murdered.
