Stephen Chow plays an arrogant god in Heaven who is being punished for his pranks and mistakes. He is sent to Earth and reincarnate as Mad Monk to change the destiny of three misguided souls - a prostitute, a beggar and a villain. The Mad Monk needs to complete the task in three days in order to return to Heaven.
