Mobster Wah and Fly are buddies. Wah loves his cousin, but cannot make their relationship work as he is a mobster. Fly infuriates a mob boss one day and got beaten up badly, implicating Wah too. He then takes up a fatal task to make amends... This is Wong’s directorial debut and Jacky Cheung (Fly) won the Best Supporting Actor in the 8^th Hong Kong Film Awards.
