A Witness Out of the Blue

The Police suspect that a jewel thief, found dead in his building unit with all the stolen goods missing, was killed by his gang leader Sunny (Louis Koo). Police officer Yip Sir (Philip Keung), detectives Frank Lam (Louis Cheung) and Siu Mui (Cherry Ngan) are investigating the case. They discover that the crime is related to a jewel robbery that took place several months ago and found the robbers involved being killed off one by one. In this complicated case, the only witness they can depend on is the sole witness left at the crime scene: a talking parrot.
